Marco Bahena, a new graduate of the Kendall College School of Culinary Arts, is a recipient of the 2nd Edition of Sammic Scholarships through BasqueStage. The scholarship offers Bahena an all-expenses-paid-six-month internship at Chef Martín Berasategui’s eponymous three-Michelin-star restaurant in Lasarte near San Sebastián, Spain. The prize includes a monthly stipend as well as the opportunity for Bahena to chronicle his experience via an interactive blog.
