SAMMIC, S.L. itself is responsible for the file. If the user provides his or her personal data at some point, these data will be held in an automatic file belonging to SAMMIC, S.L.; this file is designed to improve the management of these data.

Also, as registration on the web as a candidate who opts for the Sammic Scholarship constitutes acceptance of the contest rules, Sammic SL may make public some of the information provided by candidates through the web www.basquesatage.com, and the same will be treated in the terms specified in the contest rules in force.

Conditions for using the website

If the user is required to provide his or her data through the www.basquestage.com website, he or she will be responsible for ensuring that the information is true and legal. The registered user will be provided with an unique URL address to provide all the information necessary to take part in the Scholarship contest. The user is required to use it responsibly and keep it secret so he or she can make appropriate use of the same.

Sammic, S.L. is not responsible for the opinions expressed by scholars in their blogs or comments posted by any user of the website.

Intellectual and Industrial property

Sammic, S.L. manages ownership of the www.basquestage.com website design, images, maps, graphics, brands, signs, distinctive symbols or logos, frames, banner advertisements, software and other creations.
