This spring, sees the welcome return of Hotelympia, the uk’s largest exhibition for food service and hospitality to London’s excel.
As the ultimate platform for exhibitors and visitors alike, the show expects to welcome thousands of visitors across its new 4 day format, which takes place on 28thApril - 1st May 2014.
It promises to be an event to remember, with seminars, celebrity interviews, demonstrations and competitions that aim to inspire its visitors.
Sammic is exited to be participating in the event again this year, where we will be showcasing our established product ranges (commercial warewashers, dynamic food preparation and food preservation equipment), and those that have been recently launched on stand no 1757.
The X-TRA and SUPRA ranges of pass-through dishwashers will be featured with optional steam condenser and heat recovery systems which have proven to be very popular with customers due to the 30% reduction in energy savings and quieter operation.
Our sammic CA-301 vegetable preparation machine will also be there. A machine which boasts an ergonomic design allowing the cut to be achieved in just one movement, a high quality build and a range of grids and discs that enable the operator to achieve over 70 different styles of cut!
And with sous vide cookery growing in popularity, we will be showing some of our popular models for those seeking a solution to the vac-pac and water bath combination.
