Enrique Fleischmann's "Cooking Show", now in video

We bring to you The "Cooking Show" by our corporate chef Enrique Fleischmann featured at our stand during the latest Hostelco exhibition, which took place in Barcelona on 20-23th October 2014. 

During the show, Enrique Fleischmann showed common and unusual uses of the Sammic Equipment using our potato peelers, multi juicers, blenders, vacuum packing machines and sous-vide cookers to name a few of them. Our visitors were then invited to taste the culinary creations resulting from the techniques shown.
