Masterclass of Chef's Services for the Basque Culinary Center
On 7 July we received a visit from a group of 19 professionals in the restaurant sector from various countries, who are taking the course specialising in Avant-garde Culinary Techniques at the Basque Culinary Center.
Accompanied by their teacher Jon Gutiérrez, they visited our facilities and learned about the history, the activity and the values of Sammic directly from the Production Manager and member of the Board of Directors Jon Markina.
Afterwards, in the teaching kitchen of Chef's Services by Sammic, our corporate chef Enrique Fleischmann gave them a masterclass in the basic principles, history and avant-garde techniques of sous-vide and low temperatures, rounding up with a debate on these topics.
