On the one hand, from 24th to 26th April, we will be at the 10th edition of Food&Hotel Vietnam in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), thanks to our distributor Ka Inox. During the three days of the fair the Exhibition & Convention Center will host more than 700 exhibitors and more than 13.000 visitors are expected.
We will be at booth AF2-01 and we will present all the novelties that are almost ready for the market. Visitants will see the new compact hand blender XM-12 working, as well as, our sous-vide solution, our ware washing machines and our dynamic preparation equipment. Moreover, our corporate chef Enrique Fleischmann will be with us and he will delight the visitants by cooking in-situ with Sammic equipment. You can not miss it!
On the other hand, on Saturday 27th April, Enrique Fleischmann will teach two Masterclasses about “Sous-vide New Generation”, in Saigon. Both workshops will take place at the Culinary Center Q Industries Building and they will be intended for professional chefs and future chefs.
