XM-12: Gazpachos, raw sauces and seasonal sauces
The success of a gazpacho is without doubt its texture and with our XM-12 it is possible to achieve a delicate texture that is very pleasant on the palate. Thanks to the speed variator, you can achieve a very agreeable, surprising finish with olive oil, nut oil or avocado among others.
The different speeds give you better control over the quantity of air that goes into your creation, to avoid some of them losing colour.
