Yesterday, Basque Kitchen by Aitor restaurant received its personalized sous-vide cooker SmartVide 5. Thanks to it, Chef Aitor Jeronimo Orive's restaurant will continue to bring the essence of the Basque Country to Singapore.
As a proud descendant of Basque Country, Chef-Patron Aitor Jeronimo Orive collaborated with Unlisted Collection and established Basque Kitchen by Aitor in October 2018 as Singapore’s first Basque-centric restaurant and was awarded its first Michelin Star in the 2019 edition of Michelin Guide Singapore.
Basque Kitchen is housed within the historical building of The Fullerton Waterboat House, it comprises a pintxo bar and lounge, a dining room and a private room, boasting fine views across the waterfront.
The unique Basques’ gastronomy culture has indeed created an impression for many. Chef Aitor’s took interest in cooking as an expression of his heritage and that has led him to presents a repertoire of dishes that pay tribute to classic Basque flavours and produce, accompanied with warm hospitality true to the Basque Country.
