Sammic offers a Janby Track Mini starter kit for free

One of the features offered by the new SmartVide X sous-vide cooker is the Janby Track MINI software that is embedded in the new thermocirculator. Janby Track MINI is an exclusive licence for controlled retherming that makes it possible to control the different times of bags that are being cooked or rethermed in the same water bath. Specifically, this system tracks each sous-vide bag individually through Janby Tags, making it possible to control them directly in the SmartVide X.

The Janby Track Mini licence is activated through our Gastronomy 4.0 technological partner Janby Digital Kitchen and has a monthly charge. However, at Sammic we want to give all our users the chance to try this licence. That’s why, with the purchase of a SmartVide X, you get a pack of coloured SmartVide tags and 6 months subscription to Janby Track Mini for free. Therefore, all users who buy the machine will be able to subscribe to this licence totally free of charge for 6 months.
