SH-5: new grating disc

For those seeking the highest precision in grating, we have launched a new grating disc for the "Heavy duty" range of vegetable slicers. The new SH-5 grating disc allows for 5 mm gratings. Thus, we offer a complete range from 2 to 7 mm.

Among other uses, the SH-5 disc is ideal for grating cheese for pizzas in Italian restaurants or for tacos in Tex-Mex establishments.

Like the rest of the grating discs, the new SH-5 disc can be disassembled without tools and is dishwasher-safe. This ensures perfect hygiene by preventing scrap buildup on the edges and maximum safety for the user.

The new grating disc is now available. Like the rest of the SH grating discs, the new disc can be used with the vegetable slicers CA-31 / 41 / 3V / 4V / 62 / 301 / 300 / 401 / 400 / 601 and CR-143 cutting accessory, as well as with the combi vegetable slicer-cutter CK-35V / 38V / 45V / 48V / 301 / 302 / 401 / 402.
